STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThe City of West Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified brokerage firms to market the Club Pheasant historic restaurant property located at 2525 Jefferson Boulevard and assist the City in negotiating the sale and reuse of the property for viable economic and community-serving uses (including a food-service component) while also celebrating the property’s legacy in West Sacramento. Proposals should include thorough marketing efforts to fully expose the property to the development, retail and restaurant industries to obtain a qualified pool of developer/operator candidates from which to select a master developer to develop and operate the Project.SYNONYMOUS TERMSUnless the use indicates otherwise, as used throughout this bid and its attachments, the following terms are synonymous:a.
