Sealed proposals will be received at City Hall located at 40 Richard R Davis Drive Richmond Hill, Georgia 31326 for hand or express delivery; for standard mailed documents send to P.O. Box 250, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 by 11:30 AM, September 11th, 2026.The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid are contained in this Request for proposal package. Please note that specific forms for submission of a bid are required. Proposals must be typed or printed in ink. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Richmond Hill Wastewater Treatment Facility , 1701 Elbow Swamp Richmond Hill, GA 31324 at 2:00 August 21st, 2026. Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in writing and received no later than 11:30 AM, August 28th, 2026. No responses will be given to questions received after that time.
