Clinical Assessment Services for DUI/Drug Court

Description

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional clinical services. The Santa Fe Municipal DUI/Drug Court Program provides services to DUI offenders that are supervised under the DUI compliance program as part of the offender's judgement and sentence. Qualified and licensed service providers will conduct diagnostic and comprehensive clinical assessments for offenders referred to the program. Based on the information obtained through the assessment, the service provider will develop a treatment plan and provide a diagnostic statement summarizing the client's needs and treatment recommendations. The diagnostic statements will be shared with the sentencing court and DUI/Drug court team. To establish a definitive modality relating to mental disorders, criminal history or deviant personality traits, assessment tools will be utilized. The service provider will work closely with the DUI/Drug court team to recommend the type of intervention and treatment plan necessary for the individual once evaluations are complete. They will adhere to all requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) and maintain all client confidentiality.
