The City of Cleveland is soliciting qualified organizations to provide funding services and project management services to meet deliverables for the CVIPI Department of Justice grant in the area of violence prevention focused on the reduction of gun violence through exemplar and innovative programs.The funding services will include but are not limited to the following: preparing a vetting process for organizations interested in providing programming, disperse funding to selected qualified organizations, communicate reporting requirements, outline payment/invoice processes and performance requirements tied to access to funding.The project management and evaluation services will include but are not limited to the following: selecting qualified organizations to facilitate programming focused on the reduction of gun violence, provide necessary training and coordination among qualified organizations chosen, monitor selected organization's activities to ensure fidelity of service, monitor selected organization's data collection methods to ensure fidelity, create monthly reports on the advancement of implemented activities and compile a program evaluation report (including number of people in the program specific to neighborhood, impact report on those involved in the program, interventions used throughout the program, successes and challenges, gun violence reduction data specific to neighborhood).
