Cleveland Complete Corridor Project: Implementation Services for Smart Signal Solutions

The City of Cleveland (City) seeks to select a qualified vendor team with demonstrated experience delivering and implementing traffic signal upgrades, transit and City fleet signal prioritization and preemption, and bicycle detection hardware and software to achieve the “Cleveland Complete Corridor” core project goals, including piloting:Signal priority technology for transit buses andBicyclist and pedestrian detection and signal protocol integration; and, to the extent feasible, secondary project goals, including piloting:Emergency vehicle preemption;Performance Monitoring System; andSafety analytics. The City desires a vendor that can provide a dynamic signal priority and detection system that integrates hardware and software in a way that will be replicable for other communities.
