The City of Vista (hereafter referred to as the “City”) is currently seeking a qualified consulting company (hereafter referred to as the “Consultant”) to act as the City’s Economic Development Department Clean and Safe Services Consultant. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Consultant that demonstrates competence and possesses the necessary qualifications to manage a Clean and Safe Program at a fair and reasonable cost. The City will consider proposals from qualified Consultants that demonstrate experience performing the items addressed in the Scope of Work.
