The Air District is leading the development of a new Clean Air Plan (CAP). The CAP will establish a comprehensive, regionwide framework to reduce regional and local air pollution, improve public health, and advance environmental justice goals through a suite of control measures. The CAP will be developed over multiple years and will integrate technical analysis, emissions modeling, regulatory requirements, and measure and action development.
