Acknowledge receipt of addendum on the bid form as indicated. Clarifications: 1. See attached Pre-bid Agenda. 2. See attached Pre-bid Sign-in Sheet. 3. Additional scope of work will include hazardous material abatement. See attached Asbestos Removal Specification. 4. Additional scope of work will include Power Conditioning and additional Switchgear. See attached drawings and single line. 5. Preliminary Phasing Duration – 16 to 23 weeks total (Some activities may be concurrent). See breakdown below of activities and durations: a. Underground distribution at 3 locations (2 Transformers, 1 Manhole Switch) i. 3 to 4 weeks b. Abatement in Building 1 to facilitate new Power Conditioning equipment i. 3 to 4 weeks c. 2 Transformers and 1 Manhole Switch preparation i. 1 to 2 weeks d. Install new Power Conditioning equipment in Building 1 i. 1 week e. Install new 480V switchgear in Building 2 i. 1 to 2 weeks f. Distribute wire and conduit to existing 208V switchgear (That is being replaced) in Building 2 i. 1 to 2 weeks g. Building 1 coordinate switch over and install splice box at existing exterior pad mounted transformer location. INVOLVES BUILDING SHUTDOWN. i. 1 to 2 weeks h. Building 2 Demolish existing 208V Switchgear and Install new 208V Switchgear. INVOLVES BUILDING SHUTDOWN. i. 1 to 2 weeks j. Install new 480V feed from Building 2 to new indoor dry type transformer and new 208V switchgear inside Building H.
