ANSWER: No. A pre-submittal meeting will not be scheduled for RFQ 2025-02. QUESTION 2 Under Evaluation Criteria, Section 5: Project Experience, could you clarify what is meant by ‘to promote potential bonds’ and specify what details you expect to see in the project experience section? ANSWER: The reference to ‘to promote potential bonds’ in Evaluation Criteria, Section 5: Project Experience was included in error and should be disregarded. QUESTION 3 Does the District require a full-service, architect-led team with all listed subconsultants, or will you accept submissions from individual firms providing singular services (e.g., landscape architecture) or specialty firms such as MEP engineering acting as the Prime? ANSWER: Taylor ISD requires a full-service, architect-led team with ALL listed subconsultants for RFQ 2025-02. QUESTION 4 Are Commissioning Services eligible for submission under this RFQ? Once project scopes are more defined, a separate RFQ for Commissioning Agents will be published. QUESTION 5 If we submit as a Prime consultant, will that restrict us from serving as a subconsultant on other teams for this RFQ? ANSWER: No. Submitting as a Prime consultant does not prevent you from participating as a subconsultant on other teams for RFQ 2025-02. QUESTION 6 In TAB E: Project Experience, Item 2, does the requirement specify a minimum or maximum of five projects? If allowed, may we include additional projects that are similar in scope? ANSWER: The requirement in TAB E: Project Experience, Item 2 specifies a minimum of five projects. You may include additional projects if they are similar in scope. QUESTION 7 Are digital signatures acceptable for this RFQ, or is a physical (‘wet’) signature required? ANSWER: Digital signatures are acceptable for this RFQ; physical (‘wet’) signatures are not required. QUESTION 8 Should respondents be registered vendors prior to submitting qualifications for RFQ 2025-02?
