Citywide Stormwater Improvements

Description

A.    The CITY intends to select and retain multiple qualified contractors to perform as-needed construction services for drainage infrastructure improvements for a contract period as defined in Articles 2.12 and 2.18 of Section II of the Contract Documents.  CONTRACTORS will be selected based on qualifications, cost, and ability to perform the required services during the stipulated contract period.B.    Work shall only be implemented by the CONTRACTOR with prior written approval (Notice to Proceed, Purchase Order, or Work Order) from the CITY.C.    The Work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, supplies, machinery, essential communications, equipment, transportation, services and incidentals required for as-needed construction services for drainage system improvements, including furnishing and installation of catch basins, frame and grate, stormwater manholes, piping, plugs, French drains, exfiltration trenches, tidal valves, swales regrades, retention area, pipe lining, pervious pavements, and appurtenances within the City of Hollywood service area, as well as any collateral damages, including but not limited to, pavement restoration, sod restoration and related restoration services in a competent, timely and professional manner. The CONTRACTOR shall perform work in accordance with all required permits.
