Citywide Research Services for Milpitas Community Surveys

The City of Milpitas is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a variety of community surveys, including, but not limited to, an annual comprehensive citywide survey, potential ballot measure assessments, and other community engagement initiatives. These services are essential for gathering input from residents to help City leadership understand public sentiment, assess community needs, and prioritize programs and projects that will shape the City’s future.Based on the results of this Request for Proposal (RFP), the selected firm shall design, administer, and analyze statistically valid surveys that capture a representative cross-section of residents’ perspectives to ensure the data reflects the diversity of the Milpitas community. The resulting insights will inform the City Council, administration, and other stakeholders in making data-driven decisions that benefit the community.
