City of Watsonville Holiday Lights and Decoration 2026-2028

Description

This project involves the installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday lighting and décor throughout Civic Plaza and City Plaza for the 2026-2028 holiday seasons. Work includes installing lighting and decorations on shrub planters, trees, cannons, the gazebo, and decorating the large redwood trees with commercial‑grade ornaments and an LED star topper. The Contractor is responsible for securing all lighting, ensuring safe and weather‑resistant electrical connections, coordinating with City staff for décor selection and access to electrical systems, and providing regular monitoring and repairs throughout the display period. All work must be completed within thirty (30) working days of notification, and the Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment at their own expense in compliance with State Standard Specifications.
