The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals experienced in the evaluation and development of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) program and facility accessibility plans to provide professional services for the preparation of an update to the existing ADA Transition Plan for the City’s ADA policies, City programs, and City-owned parking lots, buildings, facilities, and public rights-of-way in compliance with the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and the most current State of California accessibility requirements.
