General work description: &nbsp;The City of Isleton (City) is comprised of an area of approximately .49 square miles in Sacramento County (County), California. It is a rural community located in southwestern Sacramento County with a racially and ethnically diverse population. The City is located off of Highway 160 between Walnut Grove and Rio Vista. It is a residential, industrial, and commercial city in the heart of the California Delta within the Sacramento County of California. The wastewater collection facilities that serve the City are owned, maintained, and operated by the City Sewer Division under the City&rsquo;s Public Works Department.&nbsp;The City owns, operates, and maintains the City&rsquo;s wastewater collection system with approximately 6 miles of sewer main lines and 1 lift station. The treatment system for sewer is evaporation/percolation, ponds of about 1,700,000 square feet. The System services the entire City and a remote Site-Oxbow Marina. Additionally, the City plans on adding about 30 homes on Tyler Island Bridge Road immediately adjacent and contiguous to the City.&nbsp;The City is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms to prepare a comprehensive wastewater (sewer) rate study.
