The City of Homestead invites sealed proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms meeting the minimum qualifications described in the RFQ. It is the City’s intent to enter into an agreement with the most qualified A/E firm to complete the tasks required to prepare and complete a Comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment (VA). A contract will be negotiated and awarded to a firm based on the best interest of the City. This Request for Qualifications is subject to the Florida Consultant’s Competitive Negotiations Act, Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 31, cost principles. The firm shall comply with Florida Department of Environmental Protection Resilient Florida Program requirements pursuant to the DEP Agreement No. 23PLN94 between State of Florida and the City of Homestead.Funding for this project has been made possible through grants from the U.S. Department of Treasury through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Resilient Florida Program.
