The Project consists of the construction of a new gymnastics facility for the City of Cheyenne. The building will be a Pre-engineered Metal Building of approximately 26,000 square feet. The Project involves furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required for the project, including, but not limited to excavation, construction of concrete foundations, pre-engineered steel building, metal stud framed walls and partitions, insulation, doors and frames, aluminum-framed storefront, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and other related items of work.
