City of Apopka CRA Sidewalk Project - Phase I

Description

The City of Apopka has issued this Invitation to Bid (hereinafter, “ITB”) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining bids from licensed Contractors for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Phase I of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Sidewalk Project. The proposed Project consists of general construction activities associated with sidewalk installation and improvements within the City of Apopka municipal limits (Phase I). The project will address a lack of sidewalks within the City’s Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The Contractor awarded must meet or exceed all terms, conditions, and specifications.To obtain bids in regards to City of Apopka CRA Sidewalk Project - Phase I, the selected contractor must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform under the laws of the State of Florida. The City intends to enter into an agreement with the lowest qualified firm.
