The City of Ithaca, New York (the “City”), is seeking qualified firms to provide armed security services at City Hall, a highly active public building with significant daily public interaction. The selected contractor (hereafter, the “successful bidder”) must provide a balanced approach emphasizing safety, deescalation, and customer service in a municipal public environment.
