The selected contractor will be responsible forproviding a turnkey solution that meets the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs of ourCity Hall Multi-Purpose Room. The City Hall Multi-Purpose Room is a large room used by Cityemployees and citizens for various events and meetings. The existing HVAC systems is over 15years old and is no longer efficient or effective.
