City Hall Maintenance and Management

Description

The City of Orlando requests Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers for facility operations and maintenance of City Hall, located at 400 S. Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida, in accordance with the terms and conditions, specifications, and service concepts outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).The Contract includes all phases of building maintenance, citywide postal operations, and security services.  The Contractor will be responsible for establishing and implementing a work management system to manage the total work effort associated with the operations, maintenance, repair, and all other services required herein, to ensure fully adequate and timely completion of the services.  Included in this function will be a full range of management duties including, but not limited to planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation, report management, inventories, warranty enforcement, and quality control.  The Contractor will be required to provide an adequate and experienced staff with the necessary expertise to ensure the performance of the work in accordance with sound and efficient Class A building management practices.  Landscape maintenance and irrigation systems will not be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for hardscape.
