This Request for Proposals (RFP) asks qualified businesses in to, under the requirements detailed in this document, propose a business plan to operate a high-quality cafeteria and offer catering and event services for special events in our Rotunda. Proposers may apply for both cafeteria operations and Rotunda catering or apply solely for cafeteria operations. Proposers cannot apply for solely Rotunda catering. More details are enclosed in the attached RFP.
