The City of La Palma (hereafter “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors, professional services to provide City Engineering services for retaining a City Engineer to act in a staff capacity and as the official designated City Engineer. In addition, the selected Contractor will be expected to perform project management, construction inspection, survey, grant management, pavement management, NPDES/FOG management and other general municipal engineering services for the City.
