CIS Management Services

Description

The City is currently conducting a separate procurement for a new Customer Information System and associated software implementation services. Through this RFP, the City seeks an experienced and independent Project Management Consultant (“Consultant”) to serve as the City’s project manager and representative throughout the CIS implementation. The Consultant will actively manage and coordinate the City’s project activities, resources, decisions, risks, issues, schedule, deliverables, and vendor interactions while protecting the City’s interests. The selected Consultant will work collaboratively with City leadership and staff, the selected CIS software and implementation vendor, and other project stakeholders to support successful implementation.More information can be found in the documents and items tab
