The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 21-18A, Sheet 1-22), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include the replacement of the bioreactor motor control center and associated improvements, including but not limited to modification of the existing mezzanine structure, electrical improvements, replacement of motor control center equipment, reconnection of controls with existing pump and mixer equipment, modification of existing HVAC, installation of a utility trench, relocation of existing stairs, miscellaneous concrete work, and related work.
