Sacramento County Department of Child, Family and Adult Services (DCFAS), Child Protective Services (CPS), is soliciting proposals from agency providers who have demonstrated experience with Kinship Navigator services, inclusive of strong knowledge of the challenges children/youth and families in Child Welfare, specifically CPS, may face with kinship supports/connections, kinship placements and pathways to permanency.Available funding for this project is up to $1,500,000 for the initial pilot year.
