Valley Sanitary District ("District") is requesting qualifications-based proposals from qualified and interested firms ("Proposers") for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) professional services (the “Project”, RFP No. 'Project ID) for various projects to be initiated between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2027, with possible extensions to June 30, 2029. The professional services include but are not limited to: preparing all types of CEQA documents including Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations, and Air Quality / Biological / Cultural Resource Reports, monitoring and conducting site surveys for potential environmental concerns, preparation of Bureau of Reclamation environmental assessment, preparation of CEQA Plus documentation, and the assistance in filing applications for the aforementioned agencies. The District is expected to apply for State Revolving Fund (SRF) monies through the California State Department of Water Resources.
