West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) is inviting Qualified Bidders to submit Bids for Project Title.&nbsp;West Basin currently has a PEGA rack and pinion industrial lift (elevator) installed at the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility (ECLWRF) located in the city of El Segundo, CA. The PEGA rack and pinion lift is used to transport personnel, material, and equipment between two (2) floors of an industrial building (approximately 20 feet of lifting height). The SUCO centrifugal brake equipment for the lift was discovered to be broken, and requires a complete replacement or upgrade in order to restore proper lift functionality.
