Demolish existing mast as soon as temporary service is established, Replace existing 240D/120V/3PH/4W/600A service with new. Demolish existing weather head and overhead service. Maintain existing low voltage weather head and service. Install new service mast, weather head, CT, meter, service disconnect and new main distribution panel. Backfeed existing loads from new main distribution board. Provide back-up generator for service shut-down and cut-over in case additional downtime is required.
