The City of Vista (hereafter referred to as the “City”) is currently seeking a qualified consulting company to act as the City’s Economic Development Department Special Event Organizer for the Central Vista Business Improvement District. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to select a consultant that demonstrates competence and possesses the necessary qualifications to manage special events at a fair and reasonable cost. The City will consider proposals from qualified Consultants that demonstrate experience performing the items addressed in the Scope of Work.
