Washington County is seeking a consultant to assist with identifying and developing a health services model that may be implemented at the new Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT), a project currently under development. These health services should be able to support individuals enrolled in CATT services as well as individuals served in the expanding shelter system in Washington County. The consultant is expected to bring together system partners and facilitate a collaborative process to identify the greatest gaps in health care and develop a model of care that is financially viable and correctly sized for the CATT project.
