ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSCITY OF POCATELLOCENTENNIAL-RAINEY LEVEE SETBACK AND ECOSYSTEM ENHANCEMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS This project is funded through the US Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation, pursuant to the Section 9504(a) of the SECURE WATER ACT, subtitle F of Title IX of the OMNIBUS PUBLIC LAND MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2009, Public Law 111-11 (42 U.S.C 10364) as amended (the "SECURE Water Act") and must adhere to all federal funding award requirements. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 28 (Purchasing by Political Subdivisions}, the City of Pocatello Purchasing Policies, 2 CFR 200, and other applicable federal requirements per the Bureau of Reclamation grant. Those provisions are hereby incorporated by reference into the bid documents. Section 3, disadvantaged business enterprises, minority owned businesses, and women owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Centennial-Rainey Levee Setback and Ecosystem Enhancement Project will be received will be received at the City of Pocatello Clerk's Office located at City Hall, 911 North 7'h Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201, until 3:00 pm local time on October 2, 2026, at which time that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following work: Constructing the Rainey and Centennial Park associated levee improvements along the Portneuf River, as well as the Rainey and Centennial Park improvements. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be available on September 3, 2026 and can be found at the following designated website: https://www.pocatello.us/Bids.aspx Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 pm local time on September 23, 2026 at the City of Pocatello, City Hall, Paradice Conference Room, 911 N. 7th Ave., Pocatello, Idaho. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
