The responses are intended to be from Professional Engineer firms and/or firms which supply trained field personnel for construction observation and resident project representative services under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer duly licensed in the State of Florida.The Consultant shall be responsible for providing CEI services as defined in the Scope of Services.
