The Contractor shall construct a slab/foundation for the ramada and the sidewalks as shown on the Site Plan. As shown in the Performance and Materials Specifications, the Contractor shall provide the plans for the Ramada Slab/Foundation and supply and install appurtenances including the ramada structure, a ceiling fan, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill.The sidewalks and concrete slab/foundation for the ramada shall be completed within 45 calendar days from contract award. The remaining items in the contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days.
