CDBG-DR/HMGP - Demolition Services for Escambia County Voluntary Home Buyout Program - HS011

Description

Escambia County requests sealed bid proposals from qualified residential demolition contractors licensed by the State of Florida and properly insured meeting the minimum qualifications described in the scope of work and instructions to bidders.  It is the County’s intent to enter into a contract with the lowest responsible and responsive bidder to provide residential property demolition, site restoration, and site stabilization for the Escambia County Voluntary Home Buyout Program.    Funding for this project has been made possible through grants from the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Mitigation Program (CDBG-DR).
