The City of Pacifica (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide the services listed in the Scope of Work.The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services.Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). This is not a bid for construction services.The City of Pacific installed solar panels at the Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant in 2006. The CCWRP Photovoltaic System Improvement Project will replace Arrays 1, 2 and 3 with modern panels, inverters all all supporting equipment to provide a complete photovoltaic solar power system. This RFP is for services to provide 10% design documents and a performance specification for a complete photovoltaic solar system. These deliverables will be included as bridging documents in a future design-build procurement.
