What is the solicitation method?The County intends to select a contractor to provide earthwork, geosynthetics, pumps, aerators, fencing, concrete work, electrical systems, roadway paving, piping, valves, and other appurtenances as required for functional leachate storage ponds .The County anticipates a Construction Contract to run for the duration of the Project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
