Sealed bids for the construction of CCSO Jail (J3) Roof Replacement and Louver Repair will be received electronically until 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME, on the 12th day of October 2026 on the County’s on-line bidding system: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/collier-county-fl. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the Bidder. The anticipated project budget is: $3,000,000.00 Pre-Bid Conference:A non-mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held at the Procurement Services Division, 3295 Tamiami Trail East Bldg C-2, Conference Room A, Naples, Florida, at 11 a.m. LOCAL TIME on the 9th day of September, 2026 at which time all prospective Bidders may have questions answered regarding the Bidding Documents for this Project. MANDATORY Site Visit:The Mandatory Site Visit requirement is a condition of responsiveness, and failure to attend by an authorized representative of the prime vendor/contractor constitutes immediate disqualification of the bid submission. Bidders shall complete and submit with bid submission Form 13 – Mandatory Site Visit Attestation Form.No questions will be answered during the site visits.
