Catch Basin Screen Installation Project - Phase 5

Description

The Department of Public Works is advertising for bids to fabricate and install catch basin trash screens as a part of the City’s Catch Basin Screen Installation Project.The project work includes, but is not limited to, survey and measurements of all catch basin locations, fabrication of the CPS, baskets, and ARS trash capture devices, traffic control and installation of the CPS, baskets, and ARS devices, and all other work as delineated in the specifications. This project will be bid out to prequalified contractors with active Regional Cooperative Agreements with Orange County Public Works or have experience installing devices that meet the State Water Board definition of "full capture system".This project is covered “Project Work” as defined in the Second Amended and Restated Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) that the City entered with the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions.
