Carroll Creek Stream Restoration - CIP# 350007 (MWBE Goals)

Description

The City of Frederick (City) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide construction services for a Stream Restoration plan at Carroll Creek in the City of Frederick. The project consists of tree planting, grading, landscaping, and installation of rock sills, riffles/pools, and other stream stabilization measures in the existing Carroll Creek west of Monocacy Boulevard, along with associated erosion and sediment control measures. Construction stakeout survey controls (only) will be provided by the Owner. Construction Materials Testing and Inspections to be provided by the Contractor. As-Builts shall be provided by the Owner. The permit includes requirements self-inspection and record keeping - the Contractor SHALL BE responsible for providing the City of Frederick with inspection reports as outlined in the permit.
