The City of Rogers is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to deliver, plant, and guarantee approximately 350 landscape trees on City of Rogers property. Work includes furnishing and transporting trees; coordinating utility locates; reserving work space along streets as required; excavating, planting, backfilling, watering, mulching, and site cleanup. The contractor shall maintain a safe work site at all times and perform all incidental work necessary to complete the project. All trees shall be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year, including replacement of failed plantings. All work must comply with the latest applicable standards, including ANSI Z60.1, ANSI A300, and related referenced specifications. Contractors must demonstrate verified experience and expertise in tree planting or landscape maintenance.
