Canal Walk Improvements - Phase II (UPC No. 113492)

Description

The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Project Title project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to the construction of a ramp extension from an existing accessible ramp on the south side of the canal at the pedestrian bridge crossing near the 15th Street and Dock Street intersection. Retaining walls will be required to support the embankment along the ramp. Landscaping and hardscape will be consistent with the existing Canal Walk. Work includes construction of shared-use path, granite curbs, grading, retaining wall, landscaping, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, mobilization, and other associated work items.The scope of work will include the construction of a ramp extension from an existing accessible ramp on the south side of the canal at the pedestrian bridge crossing near the 15th Street and Dock Street intersection.
