The remodel will include the addition of plumbing to the room and cabinetry with H/C sink. New lighting with dimmable switch is needed and electrical and data outlets in easy reach. Additionally a full paint job and accessories for the room, which include things like a mirror, tack board, and installation of dispensers. etc. New flooring will be installed prior this this project.
