CALL FOR BIDS NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to ARS 11-254.01, Greenlee County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 5:00 p.m., August 27, 2025 at its office located in the Greenlee County Courthouse Annex, 253 5th Street, Clifton, Arizona 85533, for the Construction of a ballfield at the Greenlee County Fairgrounds Specifications are available upon request from the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors located in Greenlee County Courthouse Annex, 253 5th Street, Clifton AZ from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, 928-865-2072 or at www.greenlee.az.gov. All bids must be marked “BID on Ballfield” on the outside of the sealed envelope and must be addressed to the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors, P.O. Box 908, Clifton, Arizona, 85533. Pre bid meeting at Fairgrounds, 380655 AZ 75 on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval at the next scheduled meeting. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to extend the award date. Bidders are in competition with procurement agencies including the state procurement agency.
