The project, California St. and Powell Rd. Sidewalks (Spring Hill Dr. to Rowan Rd.) Local Agency Program, includes the design activities of a sidewalk along the west side California St. from Spring Hill Dr. north to Powell Rd. then east on the north side of Powell Rd. to Rowan Rd. The project consists of designing approximately four thousand (4,000) feet of five-foot (5’) sidewalks, ADA Ramps, Crosswalks and any necessary Driveway Apron modifications needed on the west side of California St. from Spring Hill Dr. north to Powell Rd. and one thousand (1,000) feet of the same on the north side of Powell Rd. east to Rowan Rd.
