LEGAL NOTICE City of Lima Cable Road Forcemain Replacement Project Bids will be received in a sealed envelope, marked “CABLE ROAD FORCEMAIN REPLACEMENT” to the Auditor of the City of Lima, attention Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, until 10:00 o’clock a.m., Lima Time, on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Purchasing Department is located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 50 Town Square. Outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified. Bids will then be opened and read aloud for: The installation of a 12-inch sanitary forcemain, replacing the existing 10-inch forcemain. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
