he Davis-Bacon Act (Section 29, CFR Part 5), the Copeland “Anti-Kickback” Act, and the Equal Opportunity Employment requirements provided under 41 CFR 60-1.4(b) in accordance with Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375 and implementing regulations at 41 CFR Part 60.
