Bulk Fuel Services

Description

The District seeks proposals for Bulk Gasoline, Diesel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), referred to as Fuel Services for the District, for a one-year term with the option for the District to renew for four additional one-year terms. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the requirements of the District for the contract. This contract is intended for routine and continuous usage.The successful proposer will, at minimum, satisfy the District’s requirements for the supply of Fuel Services in accordance with these specifications, all federal regulations, and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements; satisfy the requirement for optimum fuel management and equipment solutions; and may assist the District with the overall management of Fuel Services including, but not limited to, cost control measures and scheduling deliveries based on consumption and utilization.All quantities are based on the estimated annual needs of the District. These estimates are not intended to set forth minimum or maximum quantities for this contract. Therefore, the District reserves the right to purchase more or less than the estimated quantities used in this solicitation for any or all items or services listed.
