The County of San Mateo, Department of Public Works (Department), is inviting qualified vendors to submit a proposal for comprehensive maintenance, repair, and service to the County's Building Management Systems at various County owned facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of the BMS across various county facilities. This includes routine maintenance, emergency repairs, system upgrades, and technical support. Proposals will only be accepted electronically via OpenGov.The Department intends to bring under contract one (1) contractor for up to five years.
