Building Maintenance Services

STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThe City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide Building Maintenance Services for up to two (2) City facilities. The City’s Facilities Maintenance division will be primarily performing the routine maintenance and repair services for the two City Facilities. The selected Contractor would provide on-call support services, emergency repair work and assist the City Staff as detailed in the Scope of Work. The maintenance services may range from full long-term coverage to intermittent short-term coverage. More details on the City's needs for this work are provided in the Scope of Work. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor."
