Building Inspection and Plans Review Services

Description

In accordance with the specifications listed herein, the City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Project Title.  The awarded proposers will act as independent Building Permit Inspectors and Plans Reviewers for various City Building Permit Applications.During this period, the City of New Smyrna Beach shall reserve the right to seek qualifications and/or proposals from other individuals or firms for specialized projects or services, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Although pricing is a very important factor in the selection process other factors will be taken into consideration in delivering the best value to the City. An Evaluation Committee will independently review and score each proposal.  If an award is made it shall be made to the overall highest rank proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this solicitation.
